What did you expect??? It's a 2 pound burrito ferchrissakes!
The key to Chipotle is asking for less rice. They always put too much rice on.
Personally, I prefer the burritos at Paco's Taqueria, which is inside the building occupied by City Slickers. It aint the prettiest place, but they make a pretty good Carnitas Burrito for $5.00.

Paco's is the BEST MEXICAN FOOD IN FOLSOM.

Cliffhouse-yucch...tastes like mass convention/hotel food
House of Kabob -yucch... they put barbecue sauce on their food
Mountain Mikes- horrible doughy pizza
this is fun
I recommended Masque (o.k. it is not Folsom) to some friends and they had a horrible experience which surprised me. Anyone else?

I know everyone is focused on cutting carbs, but I doubt a couple extra tablespoons of rice is main problem in a 1500 calorie burrito.

Their request that we sit facing one another was unreasonable as absolutely nothing was going on other than two people out for dinner.
What's wrong with sitting across from each other?

Actually Priya is pretty decent IMO. If you haven't tried it yet, give a chance. You may like it.

Nothing is wrong with sitting across from each other, but nothing is wrong with sitting next to each other, either. That is a bizarre story. If I were you, I would have moved as they requested, and then spent the meal playing an ostentatious game of footsie under the table.

The service at Priya is "different" but charming in its own way.
Most of the service is left up to the owner's 12-year old son. He is a delightful young man who remembers our order by heart week after week. --Just don't ask him about any beers: since he is far from legal drinking age, he can't tell you anything about them.

Went to Masque just before Christmas - it was overpriced and very, very small portions - the ice cream scoop was made with melon baller (and I'm not kidding about that!). We each had one drink and the bill was close to $300.00.
And the worst thing was we couldn't hear each other talk for all the noise..........very, very poor acoustics.............

Ahhhh... someone else who feels the same way as me!
I hated coming home salivating for a burrito and being disappointed after one bite of slasa... one bite of guacamole... one bite of sour cream... one bite of steak... and 50 bites of rice!
Please... oh please... if they could just find a way to get everything mixed for everyone I would go back. Till then... I'll stick this place on one of the worst. For a while I kept going back wanting it to be good... but I was left disappointed every time.
Yuck... now knowing the burritos have 1500 calories will keep me from going back as well.

I used to love going to Goemon! Haven't been there in quite a while.
Somone mentioned Yank Sing for dim sum. It is upscale and has a lot of 'nouvelle' dim sum, non traditional stuff like cream cheese filled wontons.
For more authentic stuff, there are many places on Clement. I used to get stuff to go at Wee Wah on Stockton. Hong Kong Flower Lounge is great.
Back to the subject at hand, I don't frequent the chain joints in town, but I like the appetizers at Macaroni Grill. I've been to Taiko Sushi 3 times, and was unimpressed, though on my last visit, my brother in law became hooked.
Don't care for Bobo, especially when compared to Coco Palms.

Opposite for me. I went there with some friends of mine after we finished woring at the local elementary school for our lunch...terrible service, bland food, and expensive for the flavor.
Bobo Cafe is ok...I have only found one dish that I like, so that's the only reason why I go there...I have yet to find something good at Coco Palms...any recommendations?
