The USPS advised in July that they weren't going to be able to handle the volume of mail-in ballots for a General Election AND be able to meet the timeliness for counting said votes that are required by law.

They've been clear that no amount of new funding is going to change that.

In other words: You could throw a trillion dollars to USPS and it will not make a difference for Nov.

This is the kind of factual reality that libtards like Vinny simply can't understand.
