My previous bikes:

2000 Honda F4
2004 Honda CBR 600RR

Had some near accidents but so far haven't been down hard.
Currently no bike since money bound and having a newborn next month.

Want to get another 600RR or 748 Duccati

When having a baby, it is the BEST time to get a M/C!! We went from $500 a month in gas to $100 a month. It MORE then pays for the Bike, and you even get some left over!!

That is true... however with the new baby I need a bigger car to haul two kids and all the stuff they need. Once I buy that car.... no money left for a bike.

Truly sad.... but I'll get my loud 600RR some day.

That thing IS sweet! 80 hp in the dirt....can you say ROOST! I'm a little concerned about what the thing might look like after a few tumbles in the dirt and rocks, though. It doesn't look like it will crash particularly well.

Sort of along those lines, I can't wait to see the new KTM 690 Enduro in the flesh.

It seems like things are hugely on the upswing in the dual purpose arena, with manufacturers introducing bikes all along the street-dirt continuum.

It's a BMW, it probably has a $1000 optional dingus that picks up the bike and dusts it off for you.

2005 Honda St1300ABS
2004 BMW R1150GS
2003 BMW K1200LT
2003 BMW K1200GT
1997 BMW R1100RT
1985 Suzuki madura 700
2000 BMW K1200LT

1986 Honda Shadow 1100
