What's up, can't handle seeing reality? Why would someone be offended by one animal killing another. It's nature. And besides, that pic looked more like a cat taking a nap in an already dilapidated birdhouse.
No I'm talking about the original posting.
The cat killed a bird.
The key point, the bird was still alive and they threw it outside and then the cat killed it.
Technically what they are saying is they considered the bird has no value as a living thing. I would hate to see how they treat other people. The cat is domesticated. They could have saved the bird. They chose not to. Thats not nature. Thats called being a dick.
And worthless human beings in my opinion. I don't even have to know them to know that much.
[edit]
And frankly I don't care about the flames of 'well I know this person they are good in real life'. You would treat any living thing how you want to be treated.
Again thats not wild, thats just inhumane.
To use the example, what if a coyote came in your yard and tried to attack one of your animals. Its it's nature. Would you just throw your injured animal out to the coyote. Or if it was a cat and a vicious dog had chewed it up but it was still alive, its the exact same concept and principle.
quote "I said it before and I will say it again, IF the cat is WILD, and not a pet, then ok. The bird was wild and not a pet, and the cat was not FORCED to kill, or HELPED in any way!"
The cat is not wild. That is they key. The bird was not a pet correct, but did the cat NEED to eat the bird to survive? Do you only feed your cat birds? Those pics does not look like a cat killing the bird for food. That looks like the bird killing the cat because its been trained to play with things that move and be playful in that manner. Thats training and upbringing. My cat was a feral that I rescued from the wild and she would not attack a bird because she is properly fed and handled. And if she did attack a bird or had a bird in the house, I would not inhumanely let the cat kill the bird, I would have the bird euthanized.
There would be no purpose to have that cat making the last part of that bird's life full of pain when all the cat is doing is thinking she is "playing".
