I can't belive a burger thread is 6 pages long in one day.

That's not very long.

How long did the bridge one end up being after one day?

Stop with the page counts, already! The page numbers depend on how you have your account configured. Someone mentioned "Ten pages" on my page 2. This post is only on page three.

Go by post count. That's more consistent.

Dear City Council Nominees: How do you feel about the future of the Big Dip? Being torn down for a strip mall instead of serving tasty burgers?

Agent007, didn't hit Izzy's yesterday, wound up at Riva's and while looking at the menu I wondered why anyone would grind up a filet to make a burger. hmm.

I've had the burger at Folsom Bistro and wasn't all that impressed. But then again, I had a horrible experience there and don't plan on going back. Regardless, the burger wasn't good enough to get me to go back.

If we are to make this regional, there's a couple in Sacto that we have to hit. Willie's for one, which I'm told used to have a Folsom location. I love their burgers. Suzy's should be tried, I haven't yet. Ford's was supposed to be good, but it did nothing for me. But I really, really think we should go to Jamie's on Broadway. Hidden gem with amazing food and a great bar.

What about Karen's? I thought you guys liked the burgers there. I've never tried one, though.

Honestly, have yet to try one. Seemingly always closed when I'm over there...

You might look forward to the Counter, opening November in Roseville.

Check out their menu

It's a build your own burger joint, great atmosphere, and the Burger is pretty dang good.

I've tried the one in Santa Monica and Palo Alto, this place is going to be a big hit in Roseville.

There's a place in my college town famous for peanut butter burgers... I've had em. Not disgusting, but definitely odd.

definitely odd!!!

I've gotten picky over the years, and about the only way I like PB with bread is PB melted on toast with orange marmalade on top. It's also one of the few ways I like marmalade.
I would rather be Backpacking

Of all the formentioned burger joints all have been fairly accurate. I another thread I posted some of the following information. Good burger joints to visit. Try Jaspers giant hamburgers on sunrise at Coloma. Be sure to visit The Squeeze Inn !!! But in my opinion the best is to be had at Jerry's Tumbleweed Inn, this is a 5 napkin burger it's sooo juicy. This is a run down bar, not kid friendly at all !! Please allow a two beer minimum waiting time, hehe they cook very slow. I don't know if they serve on the weekends and they are located on Folsom Blvd. Enjoy !!

I tried the Folsom Bistro Kobe beef burger and it is the best burger in Folsom if you want to spend a lot of money on a hamburger. The meat is so tender and flavorful.

Otherwise, out of Folsom, you can get burgers that are good and cheap from In-n-Out. There are moderately priced good burgers at Ford's Famous Burgers, Stockton Burger has a good pastrami burger, Nationwide Meats has great burgers and shakes in midtown, and there is a place with really good burgers on Vernon street in Roseville.
