Also, I notice you joined today and pimpwagon joined 2 days ago...the timing, and your vehement attitude, is "interesting"...

Your vehement attitude is certainly NOT - "interesting'
Why must you work so hard to turn everything into a flame war with your attacks---?
what dif does it matter that they joined 2 days ago- You just came off a strike 2 - time out only 4 days ago....
The issues at hand on CCR are NOT enforcible- but those that have issues have resolved them to the satisfaction of their Neighbors so WHY continue to draw others into a fight ????

Just to dispell anything fishy about PimpWagon, that was actually me creating my normal nickname (PimpWagon). However I went to my backup of FolsomWake as I did not want anyone to read anything in to a name that included "pimp" in it.

Now I am really done smile.gif

Does anyone actually have anything of value to add here? If it's all about getting your last .02 in, this topic will be done.

As Patrick Swayze once said in the classic Road House, "All you have to do is follow three simple rules. One, never underestimate your opponent. Expect the unexpected. Two, take it outside. Never start anything inside the forum unless it's absolutely necessary. And three, be nice. "

A moment in the life of...
FolsomWake/Pimpwagon - "Ohmmmmmm, Ohmmmmmm, Ohmmmmmm" hippe.gif

Doug72/Terry - "I just don't understand why I can't get any" blink.gif

ChrissySue - "I aint scared of no ghost..." beaker.gif

tgianco - "Freakin' Giants!!! Man they suck!!!!" madsmiley.png

Sea Ray Owner - "Hey, put your damn boat away!!" "Cool, now lets go have a beer" specool.gif

Folsom Daycare Provider - "I wonder if Doug or Terry are getting any?" confused.gif

Maybe this needs to be settled by a game of twister? The winner gets to put duct tape on the losers bum and rip the hair off!!

Funny stuff, Likity. Welcome to the board. Sarcasm is welcome always.

I am curious to the parking CC&Rs. I have a regular pickup that is crew cab but with a short bed (in another words it't not one of those huge 1-ton extra long diesel type trucks). My pickup is just long enough that it doesn't fit in your typical production-home garages. What do the CC&Rs say about automobiles/light pickups that don't fit in garages? My pickup is a daily driver so I drive it away from the house daily but sometimes will stay in the driveway over the weekend.

In our area of Prairie Oaks I park my pick up truck in my driveway all the time. I don't think we have any code about this.
A VETERAN Whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount "up to and including their life". That is HONOR, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it. -Author unknown-

Thanks. Some other neighbors are saying they park in the driveway, its' just stay off the street is all the CCRs are trying to do.
Soon they will make garages to only fit one Prius and call it a two car garage.

I'm pretty sure you won't have any issues, unless someone seriously has a problem with you. Even then...
