We missed the last 20 mins last night... What happened?

We saw Locke get the gun from the Dr. We saw Charlie trying to get Claire to trust him and his flashback with the woman he was planning to rip off...but fell in love with.... We saw Ethan threaten Charlie in the woods and the death of one of the crash victims....

then what happened???

Turned out Ethan was an alien. They shot him and all this acidic green blood blasted out of his body and hit all the people. They were writhing around on the ground when the "Lost" logo came up. the end.

Ethan came back that night and killed one of the survivors.

Doc distributed the other 2 guns to Sawyer and Sayid
Then Sawyer gave Kate a gun that he stole from an air marshall

They sent Claire out to meet Ethan
When he saw her he started to chase her and the Doctor tackled Ethan and proceeded to whip his arse

When Ethan was down and out, 6 bullets hit him in the chest.
Apparently Charlie picked up the dropped gun from the fight and shot him
Jack asked Charlie why he did it, to which he basically professed his love for Claire.

Then they showed a weird scene where all the couples were laying around acting all lovey dovey and it ended

Then I flipped the channel to CBS to watch CSI: New York because "Alias" is lame

I know this is off topic but what in the world happened to Alias? I thought Wednesday nights would be a great 2 hours but the show stinks now!

I've never actually watched an episode of Alias.

But all the Dorks and Nerds I work with are in love with the main character.

It's interesting how Locke is starting to become a leader on the island. Obviously he is in his element over there.

Charlie shot Ethan so he wouldn't reveal the secret about Charlie's involvement with "the others."

What did you guys think of last night's episode? I thought it was interesting how Sawyer and Jack's father had met in Australia. I wonder if everyone will end up connected somehow.

Once again.... I need help understanding last night's episode.... This time I saw the whole thing but did NOT understand the deal with the guy Sawyer shot in Australia. Was it the right person (the one that stole from his parents causing them to die)?

We couldn't hear what the guy was saying while slumped against the dumpster..... It seemed like perhaps he shot the wrong guy...

HELP!!

I fear that this will be like X Files, where they had a big movie and in the end tried to clear up all of the outstanding questions. For most of them I was left saying "what?"

Sawyer, this is the man who made your dad kill himself and his wife...
his name is John Connor!!!

In all seriousness, his old partner tricked him. He told him to go kill a guy (the guy in Australia) that owed him money.

I would rather have seen some old plotlines followed a little more (the metal thing Locke found, the French woman, the monster, etc, rather than something new. I suppose now Sawyer is becoming somewhat likeable.

Now they have 4 killers on the island - Charlie, Kate, Sayid, Sawyer. Probably the Asian guy too.
