I'm very concerned that if No Korea wants to start some mayhem, now is the perfect time.  Our government is in total disarray, and our leadership is a train wreck.  What better time to start some trouble?  First, it'll be a circus trying to determine the appropriate response, and when we do respond, it's likely to be an incompetent mess.  Maybe No Korea is smart enough to just do nothing and stand there and watch us shoot ourselves in the foot, or both feet.
