Typical response from a Whiner fine....granted it's true after last weeks fiasco with my picks.

Laugh it up Tony and Norm. We have a long season and as long as I keep picking the Niners opponents, I'll be sure to win.

Oh BTW: For the record, I've ask Tony MULTIPLE times to wager on final standings between the Oakland Raiders and that other team in the Bay Area and he hasn't replied.

Hmmmmm

I may act deaf, but I'm not dumb (well, most of the time). Never bet with your heart.

I'll put money the A's aren't in the playoffs (I've already accepted the Giants won't be, so don't bother with that rejoinder). I'll also wager that the Raiders do NOT finish better than 8-8.

Huh? Huh? Who's the tough guy now?

Okay, tomorrow night (Monday), Yager's. Who's in? We've got me, Davburr and Brown so far.

I'll be good for at least the first half. Do they have pitchers there?

Being a Raider fan does not always translate to a win in a pool...
I love SF but had to opt to Dallas...

Good thing no money is riding on this! I'm at the bottom (well, somebody's gotta be). I think I misread the Vegas betting line, since I appear to have opted mostly for underdogs.

This may be your saving grace. I can't expect everyone to root for CAL. The Fighting Irish is a fine choice! patty.gif

Looks like I will have to settle for a tie with nhardy....we are both at 19. The funny thing is I know very little about football, but enjoy the NFL games. Luck has been with me. smile.gif

I have been a 49er fan since the days of Joe Montana, but did not choose them. I felt like a traitor, but like to be a winner.. rofl.gif
