You say your are married or engaged or have a girlfriend...
You talk about sex, lies and other things straight to your close friends..
we just happen to say we are gay or have a gay partner ...
Not much difference in my new book ...

Another great day in the adventure of exploration and sight.

Describe exactly where any gay person on this forum has described a single thing about his/her sex life, what goes on in the bedroom, etc, etc. No one has said a single thing about his/her PRIVATE life except for the fact that he/she is gay.
Saying one is gay is a far, far cry from describing one's private life.

I don't get it. I thought Professor Snape was the gay character, not Harry. Apparently there's lots and lots of fan fiction out there that will back me up on that too

That is the point folsom500. I am still reading from an older book and I like it. Why do you insist I start reading from your new book if I am entirely comfortable with mine?
Am I homophobic because I don't read from the same book you do? I don't know. Lets look it up and see:
1. Fear of or contempt for lesbians and gay men.
2. Behavior based on such a feeling.
I don't fear lesbians or gay men and I don't have contempt, (view as inferior or worthless) lesbians or gay men.
Since #1 doesn't apply then it automatically cancels out #2.
Is it possible that that term is thrown out there as a quick argument for someone who simply disagrees?
