Very good news for parents looking for home-based learning alternatives within the public education system......The Folsom Cordova Charter School proposal was unanimously approved by the Board last Thursday! Registration material for the 2004-2005 year will be available on Thursday at the District Office (125 East Bidwell). Yesterday I attended the first individualized parent-staff-student meeting with the FCUSD Charter School staff. So far, I am very impressed and excited about this next year!

It is not too late to sign up for the Charter School. Contact the District Office.

The FCUSD 2004-2005 school year begins early this year - August 16th.
