FORD IS A LIAR:  Sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell, who questioned Christine Ford during the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing last week, released a report on Sunday highlighting a massive list of inconsistencies in Ford’s testimony.

 

“In the legal context, here is my bottom line,” Mitchell said. “A ‘he said, she said’ case is incredibly difficult to prove. But this case is even weaker than that.”

 

“Ford identified other witnesses to the event, and those witnesses either refuted her allegations or failed to corroborate them,” Mitchell said. “For the reasons discussed below, I do not think that a reasonable prosecutor would bring this case based on the evidence before the Committee. Nor do I believe that this evidence is sufficient to satisfy the preponderance-of-the-evidence standard.” Full story below.

She can't say WHEN it happened. Not even to the year. First it was mid 80's, then early 80's. First it was her late teens, then it was 15.

 

She can't say WHERE it happened.

 

She has changed her story several times on who was there.

 

Those she has claimed were said to be there have said it never happened. 

 

She can't say how she got there or how she got home.

 

Her lawyers kept jumping in and saying she didn't have to answer.

 

IN WHAT WAY DOES THAT MAKE HER CREDIBLE?  If you or I went to the police with the same story, they couldn't even get a warrant based on that information, let alone prosecute a case. Good grief.
