For lunch I will have "xoi". I don't know how to describe it, but I will try. It's sweet rice mix with yellow beans and coconuts. It's a traditional Vietnamese dish.

it depends on your preferences. you can cook with or without it.
my mother-in-law is an excellent chef so we go down to Elk Grove once a month for that!!!!!
