you have a serious bug up your behind about the mods here

I thought for sure your posts would get deleted by a Mod and felt they added no value. After getting some emails and phone calls from other members, including a business owner, asking me why wasn't your personal attacks and baiting posts being removed, I realized your posts do add value.

They highlight the very point I've been bringing up. That point being some MODS selectively enforce the rules and apply a double standard. It really depends on "WHO" is being personally attacked or baited before some do anything.

Just as long as you don't use the term "left leaning liberal media"...you should be safe from getting your posts edited.

Robert, I agree. In the last few days before the board was "nuked" my posts were being edited for "content" or for being "too long". I used the exact same tone and tactics as the posts I was responding to but those posts remained intact in both their extended length and attack language directed at me and conservatives in general. So I just shut up and went away...... I feel that now a few certain prolific posters are "missing in action" and presumed "unrecoverable" that politics will be a little more mellow when it opens back up. Regards, Chris

Chris, if you were talking about me removing some text from your posts, it was just to avoid copyright violations. I left the first few paragraphs to get an idea of what the article was about and then posted a link directly to the article. This may not be what you're talking about, but if it is, I just wanted to explain why I did that. I do that just about every time I see a whole article posted.

To be fair, I don't believe that is true as one of the banned guys copy\pasted looooong articles yet they were never censored...well until last week when that part of the forum went poof.

Having been gone for awhile I wonder now where I can post! No more politics!! I guess I'll manage. Perhaps I'll look for Folsom 500's gardening tips.

I don't read every single post on every single thread, good god! I'm telling you the truth when I say I do that just about every time I see it. If I don't do it, it's because I don't have the time and not because of who/what was posted. Don't tell me I'm not telling you the truth.
