Koz and Woodard and other non incumbents running for City Council: when can we expect to see some of your campaign signs around Folsom. All I've seen is Howell, Miklos and a few of Morins. It's almost October. We all agree we want new faces on the council, but name recognition is so vital to the success of your campaign.
Speaking as a non-incumbent - though not in this race...
if you would like to see signs out, contribute to their campaigns
non-incumbents, in general, don't have machines behind them, or saved up donations from previous elections and friendly contributions while in office
and signs cost money.
If you want to see non-incumbents become viable, get on board, and support them with funds, and perhaps help them get the word out amongst your friends.
