Voodoo.

Seriously, I keep a little ngilbert doll in my coat pocket.

Fair enough. I guess it's bad form for MSgt and me to start throwing obscure Gerry and the Pacemakers lyrics at each other in the middle *your* threa...

OW!!

Something's jabbing me in the ribs. Hey - Did you have to put your "me" doll in the same pocket as your keys?

MSgt - I heard that was just in Liverpool and up around the Mersey River basin. As opposed to Bristol. Where the kids are sharp as a pistol.

So then, mylo. How do you do what you do to me? I wish I knew. If I knew how you do it to me I'd do it to you.

Well then it certainly does appear that England swings like a pendulum do.

Is there really a pervasive British prejudice against red-headed or “ginger” people.

aw geez--even I can answer that---ofcourse the Brits are predjudiced against the red heads. to them a red head is a clear indication of someone being part Irish.

And they hate that the Irish are, oh so much better looking. tongue.gif

Besides the brittish passed a law a few years ago that you can't hate dark skinned foreigners. So like good Brittish law abiding citizens they turn their hate inwards to the country they have tried miserably to conquer.

Plus---Not everyone can be a natural blonde with everything that comes with that connotation. Though some do try. laugh.gif

oh,oh! I know that one too!!

Back in the old days the Brittish kings killed their wives if they didn't produce a son.

One King went so far to kill something like 5 wives.

Is Sherwood Forest a real place?
Was Robin Hood a real person or a legend?
If real... are there any monuments or parks in Sherwood Forest that were created in his honor?
ohh and was Friar Tuck's thirst for alcohol an exaggeration?

Why are peas served with every meal?

Because peas are good, convenient, and resilient to the crap weather.
