This looks scary. I dont think these drivers are allowed to carry. I'm wondering how they protect themselves, and if they are allowed to use nonlethal weapons for protection.

While I wait for my CCW, I'm looking into some nonlethal options too. I came across these products & I'm impressed by the videos. I haven't seen them in person yet.

Pepper spray demo

The Pepper Spray is of superior quality at 18% SHU compared to 2%-10% that is out there on the market. It is SUPER HOT and concentrated. It leaves a UV dye on the attacker for up to 7 days and our .5 oz shoots up to 16 feet!!

That video is brutal!

He used a non lethal weapon.  The problem with pepperspray in an enclosed vehicle is the possibility of blow back from air currents.. Not sure how the stunner would work. Certainly not a case to pull a gun though

I'm not sure which is more dangerous:

1. Being an Uber driver and picking up total strangers...especially at night.
OR
2. Being a person who hires an Uber driver.
