I don't have an ulterior motive, but I am not convinced that we taxpayers would not be on the hook for legal bills.

If you trust the county, take a look at Cordova hills....

I don't trust either, but I think the current specific plan is too far gone, I'd rather think a few steps ahead to stop folsom, rancho, and Elk Grove from becoming one blob in 30 years

Yes, I care. I know a lot of people who care and are concerned and who feel betrayed. The question is whether there is anything that can really be done about it now. If anyone has a suggestion and/or can spearhead an effort -- let the rest of us know what we can do.

The Taskaplous family good friends with Miklos so you know they're already in bed together. Miklos doesn't give a crap about the future of the city. Miklos and Howell are happy as heck to go against the will of the citizens to build their asphalt sprawl. They're proud of the fact that they alone have built this city up. Folsom's success is due entirely to them, not to the citizens, not to anyone else - it's all Howell and Miklos, they are gods here.... or so they think they are.

 

They won't even talk to any citizens unless they have some financial value to offer them.
