Today is the Big Day of Giving, and although we can donate any time, non-profits can really benefit when there is a scheduled event like today.

Please, if you can, give what you can to a local charity.

The one that is dearest to me is the Folsom Cordova Community Partnership. I was on the Board years ago, and I saw first hand the good work they do in the community, providing services to underprivileged families in Folsom and Rancho Cordova. They provide, plan and refer families for everything from school supplies to counseling.

Show them, or your favorite charity some love today. http://www.thefccp.org/  or https://bigdayofgiving.org/

I was fortunate to be able to make my donations early this morning...before the national system developed hiccups! Due to these technical difficulties, the Big Day of Giving has been extended to 3 pm tomorrow.

Please consider making a donation to the nonprofit of your choice. These organizations count on the contributions to do the good work that they do.
