Blustery clouds above grassy fields and rolling copper-colored hills, sunrises captured in bands of orange light and sunsets mirrored in reflective blue water will be featured in the next exhibit, appropriately named, “Part of the Landscape,” at the Gallery at 48 Natoma in Folsom. Opening July 8 and continuing through September 1, 2016, gorgeous large scale landscapes by Mya Louw and unique glass pieces by Susan Longini will be exhibited.
In the adjacent Community Gallery at 48 Natoma, the Annual Student Art Show highlighting adult art classes from the 48 Natoma Art Center will be displayed. Featured classes include student’s work from Chinese Brush Painting, Watercolor, Oil Painting, Drawing, Photography and more.
The public is invited to celebrate both exhibits at the free opening reception on Friday, July 8, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, with refreshments, wine and live jazz keyboard by Chet Chwalik of The Tuning Note.
