Hey, here's an idea for a thread that we can just keep working off of. Basically, when you see cheap gas in the greater Folsom area (Folsom - RC - Orangevale - El Dorado, etc), post it here on this thread. That way those of us who are frugal (okay, "cheap") will know where we can get gas at the best price!

PS - Sacramento does not count. It has to be within a couple minutes of city limits.

I'll start:
Greenback & Hickory (Orangevale): $1.59.9

Hmm.. If I post the Cheapest gas in Folsom, then it'll be crowded when I want to get gas.

Okay, I'll tell you my spots, just don't get gas between the hours of 7am and 9pm.

* Towermart on E. Bidwell next to Taco Bell
* USA (used to be Beacon) on Greenback next to Dairy Queen in Orangevale.

I also noticed that the Safeway (yes Safeway) gas station on the corner of Sierra College and Douglas is pretty cheap. If you use your safeway card, you save 3 cents per gallon.
