This is so cute.  They do remember.  I was going to post this but see it was already here.

When my daughter's dog comes to visit, she goes nuts over my wife, doing a kind of reverse sneeze thing, getting out of breath, then runs in circles, up to my bed and rolls onto her back for mom to rub her belly. Does it every time. 

 

She also goes nuts when my daughter comes into the house after running an errand or visiting friends, as if she hasn't seen her in years.
