Folsom Police are investigating an early evening robbery at a local pharmacy that has many similarities to one only a month ago.

Second Robbery in a Month At Folsom Pharmacy

Employees said a masked man entered the store, pulled out a handgun and demanded pain medication.

A Pharmacy is like a jewelry store now in that it has "valuables."

I wonder if they will do nothing , close , or get armed.

They certainly are nice people that work there.

Possibly, but with the economy in the tank, maybe it is someone who really needs the medication but can't afford it?

There's got to be some satisfaction for that poor pharmacist being the one to get him caught.

I've only done work in a two pharmacies, but the ones I was in had shotguns under the counters, and in one, the pharmacist was packing... that thief was lucky...
