Sadly, Granite Bay Thai Bistro is no more
Never had Thai in Roseville, so no suggestions there, either.

We went to Thai Paradise (over by Bel Air) at one point and they were pretty darn good! I would go back again.

The one I used to go to in Roseville closed. So far I like Chantra up in EDH the best for their curry. I've tried the other places and their "medium" spicy tends to be on the more mild side so I get extra hot sauce. If I ask them to make it "hot" they put too much....can't seem to find the middle ground
As for in Sac, I can't remember what it was called but it on close to the Capitol (note: this is the one Steve recommended)...there was another by Alhambra (or over in that area next to the Raven...had roaches once and have never been back since).

Haven't been to the Thai Basil in Roseville but their Sac one is excellent.

I heard Thai Basil is good and Ruen Thai Bistro next to Crush 29 is supposed to be good as well.
