I ate at Willies a couple times and it tasted good, but I was never comfortable about how dirty the place was, so I stopped going back.
The people handling the food and money didn't seem like they had the best hygiene practices.

Thanks for that link to the Food Inspections.
What's scary is typing in names of EXPENSIVE Well Known resturants in there, like try MOXIE as an example.
Then again my favorite Sol Azteca faired well, other than minor stuff.
