Nope, and I didn't say it was a bad thing. But all the internet lawyers here keep saying that "it's NOT legal" when it in reality it pretty much is, The Folsom bubble folks are just too ignorant to admit it. People are smoking it in those idiotic vapor pipes all over the place.
 
Hell there was a woman that had a marijuana stuffed vapor pipe that was sitting next to me on an airplane!

I'm all for it. I just don't have a card and don't know where to go and buy it without a card. I sure as heck would never deal with and dealers on Craigslist.

That said let me know where you buy it without a card because Id like to get some too.

The Centers for Disease Control reports that 480,000 died last year from tobacco related issues.  In 2001,(the last year they show) 75,000 people died from alcohol related issues.  They show 0 (no) deaths from marijuana related issues.  Kinda tells you where big tobacco and big booze have the influence in our country.  The 'War on Drugs" was lost many years ago.  We have been fighting and blowing money on the wrong thing for years.  It's time for a change.

smoking anything that puts particulate matter into your lungs is going to be detrimental.  especially if you take it in and hold it in.

not just that but the smell of marijuana is heavier. It lurks longer. 

legalizing recreational marijuana will open the flood gates to unregulated hybrids. Do you want someone outside your office door, on a sidewalk- smoking skunk weed?
