I took my wife to Biba Restaurant, 2801 Capitol Ave in Sacramento for her birthday dinner this last Saturday. Our two adult children went with us for a party of 4. We each had a drink prior to our meal, we all had a great meal and then dessert. With tip and all we came out for less than $200.00 and had a great evening.

If anyone wants to go out and have a really great meal and evening try it out.
A VETERAN Whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount "up to and including their life". That is HONOR, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it. -Author unknown-

I took two friends for dinner for their 50th birthdays. Service was excellent, cost was reasonable (but on the high end), but the dinners were good, not outstanding. Our mistake -- we all ordered fish. We should have stuck with a pasta dish. It is an elegant restaurant, one of the nicest in Sacrmento.
