The “Historic Folsom Residents” Have been invited by City Staff to a meeting to answer your questions and comments, on the “Streetscape Project”.
Plans are available for review at the Building Counter in City Hall during regular business hours.
Viewing the plans will not be available until September 8th.
By the way:
The right hand turn on Sutter Street, at Riley Street, is now allowed, heading to the Rainbow Bridge.
The lights at Sutter and Riley Streets have been modified to accommodate pedestrian traffic.

One point of clarification - the plans will be available at the Building Counter starting on the 8th.
