You know, I've tried gyms in the past...too crowded, no one on one attention and probably my biggest problem no accountability. With 09 just starting, I've decided on finding a personal trainer.
Now I'm not wanting to end up looking like the HULK, but I sure would like to trade in my Keg for a "six pack" Any ideas??

Thanks,
David

Check out www.whipyourassintoshape.com.

I used an unexpected bonus to pay for one month group boot camp and learned all kinds of new stuff that I still do on my own now. Diane also does one-on-one, etc.

I would like to add a name of someone you might want to check with:

Carrie Cocchi
916-947-1593
530-621-2669
Personal Trainer

Do some searching and you should find articles written about her and her athletic training.
