Well I have been on a weight loss program and now I need to tone up. I am 62 and do not need bells and whistles, but do want somewhere clean and simple. Do not need a pool or a shower. Just basic machines.

A couple of my neighbors go here and say it is great. I have a hard time believing it as it is so inexpensive.

Does anyone have any history with this Gym and if so, if you could share your experience!


We are on Folsom/OV Border and Cal Fit down the street, but it is crazy expensive and on yelp very bad reviews and so did this place.
