I've wanted to do the Insanity Workout Challenge, but I really don't have the space to do it in my home.

I know that around the country there are Insanity Meetup Groups, but none here.

So.....

Who wants to host a myfolsom insanity workout group?

In a perfect world, you'd have space enough for a few people to do it, be willing to go through the whole workout,  and do it at a decent hour.

We could measure our results, take before and after pictures, get in shape and accomplish something.

Anyone? Beuler?

Steve,
Sounds interesting.....but I'm already involved in two settings doing workouts very similar to Insanity.
You can come check it out at the House of Pain. lol. We are moving to new & bigger facilities in August.

I love the Insanity workouts, but not sure about flopping around in a group.  I end up doing like they do in the video where there's on person lying on the ground with a heaving chest while the rest complete the set.  Ha ha.
