Nope. She makes her point and it is one shared by many. No need to argue that.

But it's the SAME point I made that you replied to with all that....eh forget it!

No, re-read what you posted. Accusations of being fat and lazy and of bad mothers, hate and brain injuries.

Although I don't see it the way CW does, I can see how many would, but also see how many could be offended, and how it might have been avoided with different language used.

Whatever you and I think, it sure is getting a lot of attention.

I've come to the conclusion a while ago that I control my body size with what I eat and my body shape with how I exercise.

If anyone wants to complain about how she looks, I suggest eating her diet and follow her exercise plan (1+ hour per day, 5-6 days per week).  Then if you still don't look like her you have something to complain about.

I know I don't look like a lot of the guys at the gym.  When I see them my thought is not to criticize them, but rather I need to do better myself.  I know the solution, I just don't follow it.

Having said all that, women really need to get over problems like this; they need to understand how you look doesn't define who you are, or what type of mother you are.

You completely missed her point. it's not "why don't you look like me" it's "what's your excuse for not trying to improve yourself."

And for a woman who has 3 kids under 4 yrs old she finds the time so to think that all she does to work out is yet another excuse. So you're saying she's a bad mom? Neglects her kids? Being a Dad YOU should know that 3 kids under 4 IS a full time job and I'm quite disappointed that you give he no credit for that at all.

And genetically blessed? Really? Is she a leftover from Hitler's dream? Please.

People hate on those who work hard and challenge others. It's just too easy to sit back, eat, and hate.

That's what's wrong with society today, nobody want's to earn anything (money, health, happiness) they all just want it handed to them and they say people who have it are either bullies or just didn't earn it "fairly" according to a certain leader we have these days.

Quite sad actually. I also read that her husband came back from Afghanistan with a brain injury but I'm sure that they are able to afford nannies and private day care while she works out all day from his military "pension."

A private with full 100% wartime disability = $5k a month plus free college, free food, nearly 30% off a house (interest free loans)..... free healthcare for life, free, free, free....

Oh, and the kids get free college too. So they dont have the pressure of earning that dough.

Can you show me anything other than your tribal knowledge that outlines all the perks you mention? All I see for vets is substandard healthcare and woe. You make it seem like a dream come true for those who are hurt during service but you make it out like they hit the lotto.

But there isn't anything better coming off the production line...

I disagree that she fat-shamed anyone. "feeling" is a choice. It is the individual's choice to react with a "feeling."

I doubt that Ms Kang has ever been morbidly obese. None of her FB pictures indicate this history. For that reason, I do not find her to be an inspiration. Yeah, she's in great shape, so good for her. Yay her. But inspiration to fatties, no.

I see this type of thing on FB all the time, especially amongst the crossFit crowd. There's a lot of people out there who think they have the "elite" ( read, better than yours) exercise program, diet, way of life, etc. I take it with a grain of salt. This whole thing probably would've bothered me a lot more when I was younger, as I too struggled with body image. Thankfully (& happily, i love it) I've been involved in a very heavy duty strength & conditioning program for the past 2 years. As hard as my routine is at times, a proper diet is still harder in the long run.

BTW, not all fatties are lazy. You have no idea where they are in their journey, and someone you are mocking as a fattie may have already lost 50, 100, 150 lbs. You just don't know. The fatties at my gym can probably run circles around those who make fun of them.

The former and current fatties at my gym who have reached or on the way to their goals, inspire me, not someone like Ms Kang.... different strokes for different folks.

Many of them do with a boo boo on their widdle fingy.

I saw a dude get a purple heart and 20% disability for a bruise on his back after a piece of shrapnel smacked his vest. His reward? Free college for him, his kids and a great disability check monthly for the rest of his life.  Oh, yeah, my tribal knowledge? I lived and breathed it. I have seen first hand the immense amount of fraud.  And the mentality in the military is gimme gimme gimme---self entitlement.

No honor. No selfless service there. Just a bunch of crooks banking on people standing up and feeling sorry for them all the time.

And then there are guys who get shot. They get instant 20% after recovery if they have no life long ill effect of the wound. So then there are buddies out there that get an actual limb blown off. Yeah. They get the same perks. except they didnt get to come home knowing its a fraud and they really wont get their damn legs back.

Yeah, I got tribal knowledge of it. up front and personal. the miltiary has the greatest ratio of crooks with records than any other profession. You do know that, dont you?

Yeah, Ill fight and die for my best friends. But im not blind. And I dont cover my eyes to try to be blind.

Again you didn't provide anything but your own opinions and "experience" here. Got any links to prove all this glory that these "hurt" people get? The free free food and college for their kids and all that??

...perhaps this should be split into a different topic....

I have no knowledge of how much fraud exists or doesn't exist in the military,  but CA does have a program that provides free tuition for kids of disabled vets. http://www.calvet.ca...eFeeWaiver.aspx

Haha, now that's rich. I swim 2 miles 3x a week, I bet you'd sink like a rock!

Once again you spew opinions and never back it up except with crass remarks. it's really quite sad how rude you are.
