this article is screwed up. I think its a website error. Paul's body was found between the boat ramp and the beach at Negro Bar. Four hours later, the other guy was pulled out by Sutter's Landing in Sacramento.

Do we know anything about him? Was he from around here and perhaps had heard the warnings about the water or was he visited from elsewhere?
