Has anybody had any problems with their homes water pipes making moaning noises? Has anybody had to have their homes PRV (pressure reducing valve) replaced? Does anybody know where the PRV's are located in homes in Briggs Ranch?

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

[must... resist... childish... jokes...]

Mine only "moan" anytime the outside hose is on because of the @#$! backflow device thingy on the faucet. Even if the hose is not currently being used, I'll hear it chirp when turning other things on/off if the outside faucet is on (with a spray nozzle on the hose so water is not flowing).
