It's pretty new I think. It's not it's own place, it's actually connected to the 76 Gas Station (was previously a Chevron). Kind of hidden back there, it's to the right side of the 76 station
(if facing it).

If you're not familiar with Baja Fresh, it offers similar fare to Chipotle. Taste is of course subjective, but I prefer Baja over Chipotle.

Folsom previously had a Baja Fresh very close to Intel, but the employees obviously didn't care, made crappy food, and it ended up closing. My experience here was much different. The food was properly prepared, looked good (burrito was wrapped perfectly) and it tasted good.

Only complaint is that the hot salsa was not hot enough.

If you're a fan of Baja Fresh, this one is good!

Such a smart aleck... but probably spot on.

I didn't mind Baja Fresh once in a while.

I assume you're talking about the station along Folsom Blvd.?

Haha, no I don't work there or own it. Used to live on that stuff when I worked in Roseville.

Yes, the location is 7620 Auburn Folsom Road.

I was surprised to see them tucked into a corner of a gas station. Smallest Baja Fresh i've ever seen. As far as I can recall most of the local Baja's i've been to are owned by the same guy (his name is on the receipts). His name wasn't on this one.

I think my wife just brought home some food from there, and it was really tasty.

Thanks. That's a different location than I was thinking. I don't get on that side of the bridge too often. If I do, I'll check it out.
