Good news- I am sure the view will be much better
Another great day in the adventure of exploration and sight.

I'm glad to know it's official! They will be a nice addition to the district.
I'd also like to see a nice Italian place, maybe Visconti's?

do you think there will be a demand for valet parking in the HD?

Perhaps.
The parking garage seems rarely full, except for big events, but that may not always be true, and I can see opting for the convenience of valet

Hope it works well for them. I like their current location. Hope the new one works out.

That's true. It's very close to the parking structure. I looked at the plans and the views out the windows should be very nice too, facing the turntable. It's going to be really beautiful when the ice skating is going on!Perhaps.

Yes, we love Scott's and go there frequently but the bulldozers across the road aren't a nice view.

I contacted them and asked if they would please (actually said "pretty please") consider better acoustics for the new venue. They responded and thanked me for the input. Love the food, but being able to carry on a conversation when it is busy -- especially if there are more than two in the party -- can be challenging.
