Most tradespeople are super booked and busy these days, so you need to work from a list. I and/or my clients have worked with:

Steve - Trico recommends their elastomeric paint. I've heard there are pros / cons (cons include when you might need to repaint / patch an area of house). Did you use their elastomeric paint or something more typical? Any thoughts on the elastomeric paint? I need to paint a section of exterior and am undecided on type of paint. Behr is probably the default but still weighing the merits and cons of elastomeric.

We used Sherwin Williams estastomeric paint 10 years ago. It still looks great and we have patched it over the years with no problems.

They used elastomeric on mine. House still looks great 5 years later.
If you read the pros and cons, if it is not back-rolled on wood it can be a problem. Trico back-rolled mine.
I've been on home inspections for clients where the inspectors commented that it was a great product.
