I called around a few pest control companies and every one of them wanted either a couple hundred dollars for a one-time treatment, or a greatly discounted package if you signed up for a year.
I opted for the Ortho Home Defense product, which comes with a battery operated spray wand. Works great, and cost me $13. https://goo.gl/vqM6aT
