Members of the public are entitled to address the City Council concerning any item within the Folsom City Council's subject matter jurisdiction.  Public comments are limited to no more than three minutes.  Except for certain specific exceptions, the City Council is prohibited from discussing or taking action on any item not appearing on the posted agenda.

Items appearing on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and may be approved by one motion.  City Council Members may pull an item for discussion.

f.                 Resolution No. 9878 - A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Automatic Aid Agreement Between the El Dorado County Emergency Services Authority and the City of Folsom Fire Department

g.                Resolution No. 9879 - A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with Vinciguerra Construction for Construction of the Water Treatment Plant Grading and Pump Station No. 1 Storage Basin Reuse Project and Appropriation of Funds

h.               Resolution No. 9880 - A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with 4 Leaf, Inc. for the Construction Administration and Construction Management Services for the Water Treatment Plant Grading and Pump Station No. 1 Storage Basin Reuse Project

i.                 Resolution No. 9881 - A Resolution Authorizing a Transfer of $160,000 in Police Special Revenue Trust Funds to the Police Department Operating Budget and Appropriation of Funds
