ARTISANAL PASTA SERIES CLASS
Homemade Ravioli and Wine Tasting
 
Saturday, August 1st, 10 am to noon
 
$40+ $5 for ingredients (to pay to the instructor), must be 21 years old for wine tasting.
 
Learn to make ravioli from scratch!  Work the dough and roll the roller! Have fun filling the pasta with 
 
ricotta and spinach. Then, taste the magic! Ravioli will be served with the classic butter and sage sauce.

Paint while you sip and learn from some of Sacramento's best artist! All supplies are included with the class and at the end you get to take your masterpiece home!

Join us this summer for our new family fun event! The Wacky Dash is a 2-mile obstacle course challenge featuring mud pits, a tire run, giant inflatables, a foam tunnel, climbing walls, a hay maze, and lots of other wild and crazy obstacles. Tackle the course as an individual or team up with friends and family and compete together. Zany and colorful racing attire is encouraged to add to the fun. All participants receive a custom Wacky Dash finisher's medal!
 
Presented by Folsom Parks & Recreation.
