Ever wanted to discover your inner Picasso? Grab a bottle of wine, pack a picnic, and join us at The Painted Cork!
Paint while you sip and learn from some of Sacramento's best artist! All supplies are included with the class and at the end you get to take your masterpiece home!
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! 21+ ONLY- BYOB/W (Beer and wine only please)
Seating is first come first serve. Please arrive 20 minutes early to check in and save your seat for the class. Doors open 30 minutes early. Do not forget to bring your open food and wine!!!!

----- Friends of the Folsom Library Fall Book Sale

Shop for incredible bargains in thousands of gently used books, audio books, videos, CDs and much more in both children and adult materials.  All proceeds benefit the Folsom Public Library.
 
Where:  Folsom Public Library’s Georgia Murray Building Meeting Room at 411 Stafford Street
When:  September 11-13 (Friday-Sunday)
Early Bird Sale:  Friday, September 11, 4-7 p.m., admission $5 per person for persons 12 and older.  Members of the Friends of the Folsom Library are admitted free.  Memberships are available night of sale.
General Sale:  Saturday and Sunday, September 12-13 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., admission FREE.  Fill a bag for only $5 on “Bargain Sunday”.

----- Circles of Light art exhibit Gallery at 48 Natoma

The Gallery at 48 Natoma will have the opening reception for the newest exhibit, "Circles of Light'" on Friday, September 11 from 6:00-8:00pm.  Kristen Hoard will show a fascinating installation of LED lighted electric and metal sculptures and Barbara Nilsson will display encaustic paintings and monoprints.  The adjacent Community Gallery will show an exhibition of art from Capernaum Young Life - Special Needs students.
