Tap Folsom Craft Beer Fest is Back!

July 27, 2017

tap-folsom-logo-382x381.jpg

Tap Folsom is back, bigger and better than ever.

On Friday, August 4th, beer aficionados and fans of a good time will descend on Folsom’s Historic District to sample beers from some of America’s best craft breweries.

There will also be gourmet food trucks, and a live band in case the beer emboldens you to get your boogie on.

Where else can you taste 40 beers for 40 bucks?

What? You want more?  Step up to the Beer Geek level, and get early entry, a secret section where you can taste 12 special and hard-to-find brews, and a tasting mug.

But wait, there’s even more! Try the ‘Cheers to Young Professionals’ package and get 2 general admission tickets, 2 paddle board rentals, 2 ‘drink local’ hats, 2 passes to Powerhouse Pub, and 25% off at Heckle House. That’s over $200 worth of goodness.

Whichever you choose, choose fast, as this event will sell out. Don't get turned away at the gate.

For tickets and more info, go to www.tapfolsom.com

Assume that they are prepping for it being extra hot this year?

I'm not sure what they're doing about the heat, but this is the 4th year of the event, and it's been hot each time. I know they had plenty of water on hand. Depending on who you believe, it's either going to be 99 or 100 degrees that day, and being that it's en evening event, it should be cooling off.

i don't go because of the heat, but I would if it was in October!

if they have lots of shade and maybe misters, heat is not that bad.   But remember the year before last and it was really hot and only shade was from the table easy ups, everyone was cramming into the little shade squares.   If they plan for it won't be bad at all.
