Any current recommendations for companies (or individuals) to install patio covers? The most recent topics on this subject are from 2008 and I'm not sure if any of the companies are still in business. I'm not interested in DIY. Thanks

We just got one from Petkus Brothers and are very pleased with the result and price.

Petkus Brothers installed our patio cover about 15 years ago and we have no complaints.

It depends on what type of patio cover you're looking for. I can't speak much about the aluminum covers - but if you're looking for a really nice hewn wood patio cover - I'd recommend Mark Partridge (Partridge Construction). He built one this spring in my backyard - it's like a piece of art. Pricing was comparable to aluminum (at least for what we wanted).

Does anyone have any other companies or reputable contractor they would recommend for aluminum patio covers besides Petkus Bros? Want to get other quotes. Thanks

I would recommend Link Construction. He's very reasonable and does a great job plus he's based here in Folsom. You can reach him at (916) 983-4105.

For those of you who have Patio Bra's, how hard are they to remove at the end of each season? How are they holding up? How do they sound in the rain? Any regrets or anything you would do differently? I'm thinking about getting one for a very large patio area.
