Has anybody gone to Barkland Manor to leave their pets during vacation? Or any other recommendations would be great.

We have used Duck Pond Kennel in Elk Grove and Badger Creek in Wilton. We have been happy with both.

Wags Hotel in West Sac, they have an indoor air conditioned play area, a pool for dogs, and a super clean facility. Plus they offer pick-up and delivery for a nominal fee

And just an FYI... according to our trainer at Petsmart, they are opening a new facility here in Folsom that will include a pet hotel. I thought she said it would be open in August, but I haven't seen any construction. Think it will be over by Sams.

My understanding is that Petsmart is opening the doggy hotel...according to our vet at Banfield.
Is that what they are building by Bed, Bath, and Beyond?
