there is going to be a flash mob on Monday at Roseville Galleria - a bunch of singers will be singing Hallelujah at 7:30. Not sure where, it might be at the food court.

Lame. I hope it is something different. That was already done a month ago in Canada (I think) and the video has been spreading online.

the leonard cohen song? that's so beautiful. I don't think it will hurt to do it again. I think its wonderful to see people do positive things.

True. But usually the organizers of these things would like to see the video go viral for one reason or another. It probably won't if it is just a copycat production.the leonard cohen song? that's so beautiful. I don't think it will hurt to do it again. I think its wonderful to see people do positive things.

Sounds like a marketing gimmick for the shopping center. In this case it is a copycat gimmick.

I'm thinking the flash mob got a bit out of hand. My daughter just called said they were evacuating the Galleria. She said something about singers in the Promenade (she did not know about the flash mob set up for tonight)Too many people and that it is unsafe. Of course, she was on a mission and called Galleria office and they are closing down the mall, no shopping tonight.
