Any suggestions?
In years past, a favorite was My Brother Vinny's (RIP), then Hacienda.
I am thinking that maybe we rotate to different joints.
Maybe Manderes one week. Mesquite another.
Who's in?
What other choices/suggestions?

I've been there. Yes, it would make a good option, even though it's waaaaaaaaaay on the other side of the river.

JB, no worries about our political differences.
When it comes to the Monday Night Football club, libs, dems, libertarians, mylos, and the craziest among us are welcome. Our bond is the love of the game, or the love of the beer, or the love of getting out of the house, or the love of getting together with myfolsomites.
Politics are rarely mentioned, unless Obama shows up for the coin toss in his mama's jeans.
I'm willing to do one or two games on your side of the river, but like you, I like to stay close to home.

I hadn't planned on it. The toughest thing was getting the restaurant gift certs. It was a nightmare trying to manage the weekly prizes.
I'll be glad to discuss, though.

Let's not go overboard there, Steve. What's a society without rules?

Maybe we could play Football bingo for a small investment with all those who show up, just to keep the game interesting if its a rout?

"The game is pretty simple. In a standard Confidence Pool, you're asked to pick the winners of each NFL contest for the week (yep, all 16 games; less during bye weeks). Then you weight each pick with a number of confidence points between 1 and 16 (where higher is better). You can't re-use a number, and you must use all numbers. When the team you picked to win actually wins, you get the points you assigned to that game. "
We can winners each week and end-of-year.
