angry.gif Come on by and look at the worst fence in the Bungalows' neighborhood. You can't miss it! What a disgrace!!! It's been like that for over a month!

Have you tried to approach the owners? Do you know anything about their situation? Their finances? Their intentions/plans to repair this? Is this the best way you can think of to deal with the situation -- calling them out in a public forum? Sheesh.

Seriously. This post is so inappropriate. If you hadn't posted their address (!!!), I don't think people would be reacting this way.

If you haven't spoken to them, this shouldn't be there. Like Resume Lady said, if you haven't spoken to them, you have no idea what might be going on in their lives.

If I read this and my address was posted like that I would definately prolong the repairs just to piss you off... Maybe a nice conversation with a few questions may reveal what is going on, maybe they have a stubborn neighbor who may not want to share costs or maybe they are waiting for the STIMULUS check so they can afford it... Bad Bad MrsBouquet... Never judge a book by it's cover

Title of this thread has been edited. Street address was removed.

Posting the address on this forum is really bending the rules.

Well guess what I live across the street and I have tried to talk to them. Eff em. They are trash plain and simple. Total a-holes, I truly believe weird stuff is going on there. I hope they're reading this, I want them to know I'm watching them, big time. I'm not the only one either. I want them gone and am trying to figure out any way possible.

Chris, I understand your frustration, but this is not the place to post that information, nor that sentiment.

My suggestion to you is to contact the owner of the house and/or the city for violations.

Um, if they are renters isn't it usually the landlord/owner who is responsible for fixing the home?

Okay--we have renters next door to us as well--not in the same neighborhood, but they are awful. I truly know--becasue I have seen--some illegal stuff going on over there. I have talked to police and nothing has happened. I really worry as summer approaches, their illegal activities will inrease. Not to mention, their yard is hideous and it looks as if they have broken all the windows in the back and fixed them with duct tape. The owners moved out of state and I hate feeling like we are stuck with them!!! Whats a neighbor to do?
