This button has been missing for some time. I'm wondering if something was changed behind the scenes. I've used several different browsers (IE, firefox & Chrome), and the button that used to be in the upper right corner next to the "view new content" button is missing. There's a quick navigation icon, but there is no ability to do a search any longer. That feature is so helpful. Especially if I'm looking for specific services or businesses. I'm wondering if this can be added back to the forum...

I use several different computers and web browser versions, and sometimes I don't see the Search feature.  I suspect that some ad-blocking settings may hide it.

On the computer and browser I'm on right now, I don't see it.  I'm using Chrome v 37 with AdBlock, AdBlock Plus, and AdBlock Pro.  I also checked with IE 10 on this same computer and I don't see it either.

The CSS is not setup correctly for IE and Chrome.  I only see the search in Firefox.  I looked at the HTML and the search functionality is in all three browsers.  For example, in IE when I disable the margin-top property the search box shows up.  I believe that different browsers can interpret the margin*, border,* and padding* attributes and how they interact differently.

AdBlock shouldn't be the problem since good MyFolsomites would disable ad blockers on this site to help our friend keep the site running.  :noyoudint: :D:

And good MyFolsomites shouldn't fast forward over commercials when watching their DVR.  Especially during election season. :NEENER:

The search area is once again missing on IE and Chrome.

I can only see it from FF which I don't officially use at work.
