So of course my air conditioner breaks on Saturday during the heat wave. Finally called a repair company today and looked for someone local instead of one of the big companies. Called RC air solutions here in Folsom. The owner Rick came to my house within an hour. Best customer service and repair I think I've ever experienced. He immediately figured out I needed a new capacitor and replaced it. He then showed me how to clean my coils and spent 15 minutes cleaning my unit. His total charge was 140 dollars which is practically what the part costs and he spent an hour here. I asked him how it can be so cheap and he said "You are my neighbor". He lives here in Folsom. I highly recommend Rick for your heating and air needs. He knows his stuff and he knows how to treat his customers and he's our neighbor!
