Dear My Rancho Cordova Community,

The first fund raising effort of the FCEF is a donation drive to support our school library services. Please refer to http://www.edline.ne...Education_Found ~ for information.

A donation as little as $15 per student will keep our libraries open at this year's level. To succeed in this effort we'll need the support of our whole community. Even if you don't have students in our schools please consider a donation ~we all benefit when students have the programs and services they need to help them succeed.

Thank you

Maybe the Cordova side will pay attention to you when you pay attention to them. Not one board member came to the CHS Community Carnival, benefits meetings for employees are on the Folsom side ONLY, celebrations for employee anniversaries' are on the Folsom side ONLY... When asked why, the answers imply that it's dangerous, poor, ugly, not enough space to meet, too far

Yet, you want us to go there to give you money we don't have. Shame on all of you.

The FCEF & its Board Members have met in the Library at Mitchell Middle School in Rancho Cordova on more than one occassion. The Library Drive is for both Cordova & Folsom. Please keep in mind the "Foundation" (FCEF) includes parents, teachers and concerned citizens from both Rancho Cordova and Folsom working toward funding our schools as a non-profit 501©(3). Not policy makers like that of the School Board (though one School Board member is part of the FCEF), not hired district employees, but volunteers trying to support the students. Now that you know these facts, the FCEF does not deserve your shame, but deserves your support. For more info see http://www.edline.ne...Education_Found.
